The location is convenient, just off the highway, ideal for travelers looking to break up long journeys.

The building shows signs of wear with issues like loose treads on the stairs and inadequate cleanliness, impacting the overall appeal.

The hotel was located really close to valley as well as highway. The staff was helpful and accommodating, always there to help. The a double room I was given was complete with carpets and toilet, for example. Quiet location to attractions like Hogg Mine, that was close to the venue.

favourable and comfortable location in the middle of jackson, you can walk everywhere. also, it is right by numerous restaurants, highway and places and parking.

perfect for a quick restful stopover when you're on the road, pet-friendly options are a wonderful touch!

NO grab handles at all in the tub area. I spoke to the mgr about this. Very potentially dangerous for seniors.

The location!!!

The room wasn't very clean. Someone approached us at the pool wanting to know what room we were in. Later when my husband went to the lobby, the front desk guy accused U.S. Kg being dishonest about the number of guest we had, when we actually had two rooms! Then just after arriving home from our trip, we got an email saying I was being charged for no show! I had to prove I was there by scanning in my receipt! So my family didn't have the wonderful July celebration we hoped for!

The room offered decent comfort, but the shower had some drainage issues and a lingering mildew odor. The staff were friendly, and the pet-friendly policy is a definite plus. I encountered cleanliness problems and noise disturbances that detracted from my experience.

Breakfast was OK. There were no eggs every morning..

The rooms were not updated , not clean. Mold in the bathroom walls ,missing bathroom fixtures. Bath mat had mold underneath it. Sheets has holes brown blanket had holes. Room smelled old and musty, a/c unit needs work or replaced because if you had it on warm it would warm the room, if you tuned the heat up a little more it got to hot..no in between .. Jody was polite but didn't add my daughter as a guest like I told her upon checking in. Had to buy Clorox disinfectant wipes to clean the room before I used anything. And this was the 2 time we moved because the first room was just as bad!!

Clean room and comfortable bed. Lots of bugs in the hallway.

Bed sheets were soiled. Tv did not work, we called front desk and they got it on but only had one chanel . Heater/AC was in disrepair and had a terrible order when turned on. Tub was not clean. Overall upkeep on building and room and ground were in disrepair.

The sink was leaking and the carpet was wet and nasty. I didn't get new towels the whole time I was there.

Travels. The staff was friendly, and I loved the free coffee. Although I experienced loud neighbors, the location was convenient for exploring. I appreciated the easy checkout process.

There was a hair on the toilet when we came into the room for the first time. The bed was very uncomfortable. We had to ask twice for more pillows before we got them.
